The Bedford District Cub six-a-side competition took place on Saturday 15th March. The Competition was the most competitively contested for a number of years with eleven teams from across Bedford District and one team from Ouse Valley, battling in two leagues for the right to contest the semi-finals.

Both of the semi-finals went in to extra time and then on to nail biting Penalties.
Bromham's Livingston Pack went on to beat Brickhill Pack in the 3rd place final. Whilst St Andrews Rowallan "B" beat St Andrews Rowallan "A" in the final by one goal to nil.

Many thanks go to Barry Hook of Putnoe Cub Pack for organising a great event and a big well done to all (both big and small) for making it a great afternoon and supporting the event.

I understand that training has already begun for the District Athletics Competition on July 5th !!!!!
